We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and conduct trade:

• Contact & enquiry data — name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, product interest, quantity and the message you submit through our quote/contact forms.
• Business & transaction data — where you trade with us: shipping and billing details, order requirements, and documentation needed for export (e.g. consignee details for customs).
• Technical data — basic, non-identifying server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site running.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not collect special-category data.

• To respond to your quote requests and enquiries, and to provide samples and pricing.
• To process, document and fulfil export orders, including customs and logistics paperwork.
• To communicate with you about your enquiry, order status and service updates.
• To maintain the security, integrity and proper functioning of our website.
• To comply with our legal, tax, customs and export-control obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you provide when you submit an enquiry), to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, to perform a contract with you, and to comply with legal obligations applicable to exporters in India.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to serve you:

• Manufacturers & suppliers in India, to source and verify the goods you request.
• Logistics, freight forwarders, customs brokers and banks, to ship goods and process trade payments.
• Service providers who help us operate (e.g. email delivery and hosting), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law, regulation, or lawful request.

Because we are an export business, fulfilling your order may require sharing limited information across borders (for example, with overseas buyers, ports and carriers). Where we transfer personal data outside India, we do so in line with the DPDP Act and take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.

We keep enquiry and transaction records only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, tax and export-record requirements under Indian law. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and bot-protection on our forms — to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No method of transmission over the internet is, however, completely secure.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for the site and admin area to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
